We buy a broad range of raw materials, including goods outside the specification (off-spec), side streams from production (e.g. press cake, trimmings), overproduction, cancelled orders as well as products with a short or already expired best-before date. Please do ask us about other cases too.

What condition do the raw materials need to be in? Are an expired best-before date or quality issues a knock-out criterion?

No, not necessarily. Our strength lies in finding a suitable use even for goods with quality deviations or an exceeded best-before date. We assess every enquiry individually to find the best possible solution.

What does the process look like if I want to sell raw materials to you?

Accepted Answer

Very simple: you contact us and give us the key data of your goods (type, quantity, condition, location). We review your enquiry promptly and make you an offer. Once you accept, we take care of the entire further processing.

How quickly do I receive an offer and when are the goods collected?

We know that things often have to move fast. As a rule you receive an offer within a few working days of us having all the necessary information. We then arrange collection with you as quickly as possible to free up your warehouse.

What information do you need from me for a first offer?

For an initial assessment and a non-binding offer we ideally need: the exact product description, available quantity, current condition (including best-before date and, where relevant, the reason for off-spec), the current location of the goods as well as any available analyses, specifications and a target price.

Who organises transport and who bears the costs?

As part of our full service we organise the entire logistics. Transport costs are usually already accounted for in our offer price, so there is no additional effort or cost for you.
